Thank you for shopping with us! Please read below to understand how our shipping process works. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These ensure both parties are aligned, set clear expectations, and provide protection for you as our valued customer.


1. General

We always strive to keep our stock updated and accurate. However, occasionally discrepancies may occur.

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately.

  • You will then be contacted to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

  • Europe → Shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

3. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day your order is dispatched. To request a return or replacement, please contact us at support@vacier.com.

  • Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will automatically process a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.


4. Returns

4.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is made within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

4.2 Warranty Claims

All products come with a Lifetime Warranty.
If your purchase breaks under normal usage, simply send us an email with a picture of the damaged item. We will provide either:

  • (a) a replacement item (if stock is available), or

  • (b) a refund in store credit.

⚠️ Please note:

  • We do not issue cash refunds for warranty claims.

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.


5. Delivery Terms

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Address Changes: Possible before dispatch — contact us at support@vacier.com.

  • Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error are non-refundable if lost.

  • P.O. Box & Military Shipping: P.O. Boxes are served via postal service only. Military addresses are supported via USPS only.

  • Out of Stock Items: Orders will be shipped once stock is replenished.

  • Delivery Delays: If delivery exceeds expected times, please contact us for an investigation.


6. Tracking Notifications

You will receive a tracking link by email upon dispatch to monitor your shipment in real time.


7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If already delivered, contact our customer service team with photos for next steps.


8. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Already included in the product price within the EU.

  • Import Duties (Outside EU): May apply upon arrival in your country.

    • If refused, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense.

    • A refund will be issued minus return shipping costs (initial shipping fees are non-refundable).


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.


10. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

  • Damaged in Transit: Refund or replacement once courier investigation is completed.

  • Lost in Transit: Refund or replacement once confirmed lost by courier.

  • Lost After Delivery: We are not liable for parcels confirmed delivered to the correct address. For extra security, we recommend choosing Express Shipping with personal handover.
